this is one of the resulting images from my 'Golden Aelder Fae' illustration i worked on Phil Brucato's Deliria project. this was such a fun project that i created dozens of 'variations and offshoots' - exploring so many different things as only digital media will let you do so rapidly.
at the time Poser's cloth room was still relatively new so i went to town with it. there is just something so darned cool (and time consuming LOL) about watching the machine calculate draping. it's one of those endless loop things where you just can't stop yourself and want to see what 'just one more tweak' will look like!
her lace and the background pattern are all ultrafractals. i seldom need to resort to using other people's materials because i've got thousands and thousands of fractals to choose from!
ya know, i've never been one to hold back. for some reason i wanted to see how she'd look
in different colors - kinda like having a winter-queen and a summer-queen / cold and warm.
the dilemma becomes picking the 'best' color!

this is one of the myriad variants i came up with while on this project. i really really like the enigmatic little smirk she's got going. this is pretty much the same character that i used for the entire 'Golden Fae' series -- little tweak here, shift the camera a bit there... and voila! we've got a whole new game!
